1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

All returned books must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed for damaged or incorrectly shipped items only. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost if available.
If the exact item is unavailable, you may choose a replacement of similar value or, where applicable, receive a store credit.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved:

7. Bulk Orders (Institutional Purchases)
For institutional or bulk purchases (e.g., orders of 5+ of the same title or 10+ total books):

Bulk orders are final sale and not eligible for standard returns.

Damaged or incorrect items in bulk orders may be replaced if reported with proof (photos) within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds or replacements for bulk orders are at AllGreatBooks’ discretion.
