Thank you for shopping with AllGreatBooks. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, the following policy outlines your options, eligibility, and processes clearly.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you may request a return or exchange.

  • Time Frame: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

All returned books must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

Items that are not eligible for return or refund include:

  • Books that are delivered correctly and match the description

  • Used books that are in the correct condition as described

  • Digital products or downloadable content, if offered


2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

    • A description of the issue (damage or incorrect item)

    • Clear photos of the book and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


3. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed for damaged or incorrectly shipped items only. Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost if available.

If the exact item is unavailable, you may choose a replacement of similar value or, where applicable, receive a store credit.


4. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after the item is received and inspected for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, AllGreatBooks will provide a pre-paid return label whenever possible.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Bulk Orders (Institutional Purchases)

For institutional or bulk purchases (e.g., orders of 5+ of the same title or 10+ total books):

  • Bulk orders are final sale and not eligible for standard returns.

  • Damaged or incorrect items in bulk orders may be replaced if reported with proof (photos) within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements for bulk orders are at AllGreatBooks’ discretion.


8. How Long Returns Take

After we receive your returned item:

  • Verification and processing typically take 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
